This Land Stewardship Project afternoon workshop, “Digging Deeper Into Conservation For Men and Women” is designed for farmland owners, retired farm women and men, those inheriting a farmland investment, and farmers who rent farmland. This workshop is sponsored by the Mower SWCD and Izaak Walton League MN Division.

The workshop starts with lunch. We will bring in legal, financial and agency experts, as well as farmers, to answer your more in-depth questions about what you can ask/do on your land, what to include in your lease, and how to approach those conversations and changes.

A flyer with workshop details is here. The cost of the workshop is $20 (suggested donation) and includes a noon meal. For more information on this workshop, contact LSP’s Robin Moore at 320-269-2105 or via e-mail.

To register on-line, you are required to pay the suggested donation of $20 at this time. If you would like to contribute a different amount, contribute in a different manner, or contribute at the event please call or email Robin Moore at the number or email above.
