Olivia Blanchflower

Olivia started as LSP’s development director in November 2021, and through that position worked to cultivate relationships with potential donors, current donors, strategic partners, and others to ensure the success of the organization’s mission. In 2025, she took on the role of LSP’s deputy executive director. Through this position, Olivia serves as a partner to LSP’s executive director and manages cross-department projects as well as higher level staff. Prior to joining LSP, she led and raised money for food systems programs in New York City for 13 years with the nonprofit GrowNYC. During this time, she and her team grew a network of youth-run farm stands into a wholesale distribution enterprise that delivers food from local farms to hundreds of community-based partners, institutions, and businesses. Olivia loves to learn new things, spend time outside, and build relationships with people, organizations, and places. She makes a pretty decent sauerkraut.
