Josh Journey-Heinz

Serving as a major gifts and membership officer out of the Minneapolis office, Josh Journey-Heinz relishes most any opportunity to get out into rural spaces and engage with members about how they come to LSP’s work. Josh has 20+ years of organizing, fundraising, and electoral work experience through organizations like Take Action MN, Service Employees International Union, Iowa Citizens for Community Improvement, and Minnesotans United for All Families. He joined LSP in his current role in 2015 and maintains a great enthusiasm for organizing the resources needed to advance stewardship, democracy, and vibrant communities. When he is not working, he is known to make music, illustrate, woodwork, and canoe with friends and family. He is also training his dog Debbie to communicate using voice touch pads — which is going better than you might think.
