Karen Stettler

Karen Stettler has been working with beginning and retiring farmers for over 22 years and has served in the roles of Farm Beginnings facilitator, organizer, and program director. Growing up on a farm, living in a rural area and seeing the changing landscape of farming has motivated her to engage in this needed work of beginning farmer training and land access. Karen has a master’s degree in experiential education. When not working, you will find Karen with her family, running, cross county skiing, kayaking, baking, or quilting. One of her favorite places to visit is the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.
