Madeline Reid joined the Land Stewardship Project in January 2025 as the organization’s first grants specialist. Based in the Minneapolis office, she collaborates with development, program, and finance teams to craft persuasive grant applications and enhance the clarity and efficiency of LSP’s grant stewardship practices. Before joining LSP, Madeline worked with Good Works Grant Writing where she raised millions of dollars for small and mid-sized nonprofits across Arizona in sectors such as arts, education, healthcare, and social justice. At Arizona State University, she managed research center operations and led COVID testing sites in 2020 and 2021, honing her skills in administration and project management. Born and raised in Minnesota, Madeline is thrilled to apply her expertise in technical writing to advance sustainable land use and foster thriving communities across the Upper Midwest. Outside of work, she enjoys documentaries, indie films, Dungeons & Dragons, trivia nights with friends, and connecting with nature — whether exploring lakeshores, observing wildlife, wandering and pondering, or relaxing at home with her cats.
