• Invests in education and support for beginning farmers to help them launch and sustain thriving farm businesses, while helping meet their needs as they grow in their careers.
• Supports land access models and policies that will interrupt farmland consolidation by dramatically increasing opportunities to transition land to the next generation of farmers and keeps farmland in the hands of small and mid-sized farmers from all backgrounds.
• Increases technical assistance for farm business and financial planning with communities of color to reduce systemic land access barriers while building the farm workforce and adding wealth to our rural communities.
• Acknowledges Indigenous tribal sovereignty, supports land return and honors traditional knowledge.
