This five-video series explains simple legal tools that can help entrepreneurs protect a business if they are unable to manage it for a time, with an emphasis on agricultural business owners. These tools can also work for anyone with assets to protect.  It covers powers of attorney, letters of instruction, and trusts, and shows how each one can help manage relationships, equipment, markets, and land for longer-term security. The videos break down what these tools do, when they are useful, and how they can work together. Each topic is explained in clear, everyday language so the options are easy to understand. The goal is to support thoughtful planning with confidence and care.

This series is created with the understanding that many entrepreneurs, farmers, and anyone with assets are facing real stress and uncertainty during this time of shifting immigration policy. The video series offers steady, practical steps that can be taken now to prepare for the future. By setting up these tools, entrepreneurs, farmers and other individuals can give trusted people clear authority and guidance to act on their behalf. Having a plan in place can help protect a business, a farm, or other assets, support families, and reduce confusion during a difficult time.
