LSP's Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Directory
Each spring, the Land Stewardship Project publishes a directory of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Farms. When you purchase a "share" in one of these farms you receive a weekly delivery of organically grown produce during the growing season. But CSA consumers don’t so much "buy" food from particular farms as become "members" of those farms. CSA operations provide more than just food, they offer ways for eaters to become involved in the ecological and human community that supports the farm. The CSA directory is also available as a PDF document.
LSP's Stewardship Farm Directory
The Stewardship Farm Directory is a list of LSP member-farmers and retailers offering organic fruits, vegetables, and grains, antibiotic- and hormone-free meats, free-range chickens and eggs, milk and cheese from grass-fed cows, and more. The list also includes food co-ops, restaurants, and food processors that carry products grown by LSP members.
Paper copies of either of these directories are available upon request. If you are interested in listing your farm or business to either of these directories, please contact LSP. Call 612-722-6377 or email info@landstewardshipproject.org.
If you are a current LSP member interested in listing your farm in the 2013-2014 edition of the Stewardship Farm Directory, please fill out this form: https://landstewardshipproject.org/forms/2013sfd
