Farmers and rural residents are joining Minnesotans from all walks of life to call for a healthcare system that puts people’s needs before corporate profits. On Tuesday, Feb. 12, LSP is co-sponsoring a healthcare day of action at the Minnesota State Capitol with allies including Main Street Alliance (small business owners organizing around shared values) and the Minnesota Nurses Association.
Our shared priorities this session include keeping the provider tax so we have stable funding for healthcare needs in our state, and expanding MinnesotaCare to allow all Minnesotans the opportunity to buy into this trusted, public program to receive high-quality healthcare coverage. Please contact Paul Sobocinski if you plan to attend at 507-430-1509 or via e-mail.
