During this free Land Stewardship Project event, Ruth and Jon Jovaag will share how, during the past seven years, they've transformed their conventional corn, soybean, and livestock farming operation through regenerative, soil-building practices. This field day will feature a walking tour of no-till soybeans planted into roller-crimped rye, crop rotations for input-free corn, and more.

Steve Lawler, soil scientist and resource specialist with the Mower County Soil and Water Conservation District, will shed light on field dig studies and what healthy soil can produce.

Light supper will be provided.
